General website content

RAIN reserves its exclusive right in its sole discretion to alter, limit or discontinue the site or any materials in any respect. RAIN shall have no obligation to take the needs of any user into consideration in connection therewith. RAIN reserves the right to deny in its sole discretion any user access to this site or any portion thereof without notice.

Privacy notice

If you use RAIN’s on-line subscription forms (i.e. RAIN newsletter) you will be asked for personal information, such as your name and email address. The information provided is used for technical and customer administration of the site only and is not shared with third parties.
Certain information about the user, such as IP addresses, navigation through site, software used, time spent and other similar information, may be stored by RAIN. Material that is submitted to the Akvo RSR service by users and systems, i.e. photographs, updates and project descriptions, is available is licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Noncommercial-Share Alike 3.0 Plus Netherlands License. (CC-BY-NC-SA Plus).

Data that is submitted to the Akvo RSR service by users and systems, i.e. other information than photographs, updates and project descriptions, is available under a dual license. Both licensed under the Creative Commons Attribution-Share Alike 3.0 License. (CC-BY-SA). And under the Open Database License 1.0 [ODbL] (or later versions as applicable).
